The Youth Service Bureau launched the campaign to get funding for an apartment complex that will house 18 to 21 year olds in the foster care system. All of these proceeds will go to the Solid Ground campaign. 'We know we're helping out a lot of young individuals become successful adults in our community and it means a lot to me, it makes me feel good deep inside that we've helped so many individuals with the money we can give,' said John McGinnis, General Manager of Bear River Casino. 27 teams went head to head, playing to win for a cause. Friday was the 9t h annual Bear River Casino Charity Golf Tournament held at the Redwood Empire Golf Course in Fortuna.
